Solid waste: Update on solid waste management by Melissa Warner, city of Walla Walla sustainability coordinator.
Public hearing: Hearing on franchise application by Mark Wagoner to construct and operate an irrigation system within county road right of way. Action on item may follow.
Stormwater: Decisions on appeals of stormwater assessment exemption denials. Matter set for 1:30 p.m.
