Jillian R. Hamilton, 23, 1950 Melrose St., Apt. C8, was charged Jan. 14 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of second-degree possessing stolen property. Hamilton is accused of possessing cocaine, using drug paraphernalia, and knowingly possessing a stolen checking account number and a check on Jan. 12.
