software: Approve purchase of new taxation and assessment software for county Treasurer’s and Auditor’s offices from Harris True Automation in the amount of $332,027.

human services: Approve proceeding with request for proposals process toward utilization of contracted services for behavioral health, crisis and housing services now provided by county Department of Human Services.

stormwater: Update on second phase of Municipal Stormwater Permit process by Joy Bader, county Public Works Department chief of programs and projects.

transportation: Public hearing on adoption of county’s six-year Transportation Improvement Plan. Action on item may follow. Hearing scheduled for 10:30 a.m. during time for Public Works Department.

road project: Award contract for JB George-Peppers Bridge Road intersection project.

Tuesday

work session: Reports and miscellaneous business. No formal action scheduled.

COLLEGE PLACE Council

When: 7 p.m. Monday.

Where: College Place City Hall, 625 S. College Ave.

appointment: Interview candidates for Council Position 1 seat. Action to fill vacancy may follow.

cars project: Resolution to establish spacing standards for street trees and pedestrian lighting on College Avenue as part of the College Avenue-Rose Street Reconstruction Project.

dayton CITY COUNCIL

When: 7 p.m. Monday.

Where: Dayton City Hall, 111 S. First St., Dayton.

shoreline: Presentation on Shoreline Master Plan update by Jamie Short, state Department of Ecology.

chalk art: Discussion on second preliminary draft of proposed downtown sidewalk chalk art policy.

purchasing: Consider contract with the state Department of Enterprises for membership to the state purchasing cooperative to buy goods and services through the state master contracts.
