Parker M. Bachtold, 15, Lowden, was sentenced July 12 on two counts third-degree theft; two counts minor in possession or consuming liquor; two counts violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act, and one count second-degree criminal trespass. The sentence included 60 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, 12 months community supervision, 25 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs, restitution of $47.26. On June 28 Bachtold pleaded guilty to unlawfully taking alcohol from Safeway on April 6 and from Walmart on April 27 with intent to deprive the owner and was under age 21; unlawfully possessing drug paraphernalia on March 23 and April 27; and being on property without the owner’s permission on Sept. 22.
