Commissioners are Robert Johnson, Dean Burton and Wynne McCabe. With all present Monday, the board:

ELEVATOR: Signed letter terminating contract with Schindler Elevator for maintenance of the courthouse elevator. The county’s contract required regular service to the elevator, but Schindler has not sent a technician to Garfield County for over a year, placing the county in violation of state regulations. The county will seek bids for a new contract for elevator maintenance.

RENTALS: Signed resolution approving intergovernmental rental rates for county vehicles and equipment.
