Charles W. Falconer, 30, Prescott, was sentenced May 21 on one count second-degree taking a motor vehicle without permission. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $214.85 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 31 days in the county jail, credit for 31 days served, 12 months community custody. On May 21 Falconer pleaded guilty to driving and taking away a motor vehicle that belonged to another without the owner’s permission on March 9.

Nicholas R. Richard, 26, 1905 Leonard Drive, was sentenced May 17 on two counts third-degree possession of stolen property. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $250 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 364 days in the county jail, 201 days suspended, credit for 163 days served, 12 months probation. On April 12 Richard pleaded guilty by agreeing the court could review the police reports and statement of probable cause to establish a factual basis for his plea.

In another cause Nicholas R. Richard, 26, 1905 Leonard Drive, was sentenced May 17 on a count of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $102.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 crime lab and biological fee, credit for 24 months community custody. On April 12 Richard pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine, which was found in his apartment by his community corrections officer on Sept. 12.

Bruce Lang, 25, Washington State Penitentiary, was sentenced May 16 on one count custodial assault. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $269.10 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 12 months and one day in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 304 days served, 12 months community custody. On May 16 Lang pleaded guilty to assaulting a corrections officer at the penitentiary who as doing his job, on or about April 5.

Dale L. Bronniman was sentenced May 15 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $123.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 18 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for two days served, 12 months community custody. On May 14 Bronniman pleaded guilty to unlawful delivery of methamphetamine on or about Dec. 8, 2011.

Jason C. Taylor, 33, 1262 S.W. Carver St., College Place, was charged May 22 with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Taylor is accused of knowingly possessing a stolen tractor, and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over money between Feb. 1 and March 31.

Taylor is accused of wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over money between Jan. 31 and May 10, and over merchandise between March 10 and 20; and making, drawing, uttering or delivering three checks in March, knowing at the time he didn’t have sufficient funds in or credit with the bank or depository to meet the checks in full.

Jason C. Taylor, 33, 1262 S.W. Carver St., College Place, was charged May 22 with two counts of second-degree identity theft and one count of second-degree retail theft with extenuating circumstances. Taylor is accused of knowingly obtaining, possessing, using or transferring a means of identification or financial information of another person with the intent to commit a crime on March 25 and 28; and wrongfully committing theft at three or more mercantile establishments between Jan. 14 and March 31.

Jason C. Taylor, 33, 1262 S.W. Carver St., College Place, was charged May 22 with stalking — domestic violence. Taylor is accused of intentionally and repeatedly harassing or following a person between Feb. 1 and March 31.

Richard G. Briley, 39, no permanent address listed, was charged May 22 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and obstructing a law enforcement officer. Briley is accused of possessing diazepam, and willfully hindering, delaying and obstructing a law enforcement officer on May 21.
