Walla Walla

“Tagger-style” graffiti reported at Lions Park.

A 55-year-old woman reported a purse and contents, including $129 cash and stamps valued at $100, were stolen from her her residence at Melrose Place Apartments.

Walla Walla County

Grass fire caused by fireworks reported on Stovall Road this morning.

A 21-year-old man stated he was bitten when he attempted to prevent a border collie dog from mating with his female Labrador retriever. After being bit, the man kicked the border collie and it ran off.

A 44-year-old man reported a 50-year-old woman hit him in the head with a piece of ornamental drift wood. The man, who was bleeding from a head wound, refused medical transport. Police were unable to locate the woman suspected of domestic violence.

Roughly $3,685 worth of items reportedly stolen from a horse trailer on East State Route 124.

College Place

Police arrested Fidel J. Coronado, 34, on investigation of first-degree assault and first-degree malicious mischief Friday after the 34-year-old allegedly kicked out two patrol car windows, bashed his head bloody on the vehicle’s partition and spit blood at several police officers. Coronado was treated at Providence St. Mary Medical Center and transported to jail, where bail was set at $15,000. Police first detained Coronado on investigation of violating a restraining order.

Batteries reportedly stolen from vehicles in the 1000 block of Southeast Birch Avenue.

Storage units reportedly broken into in the 1000 block of South College Avenue.


Marijuana plant reported stolen in the 100 block of East Commercial Street.


Residents of Coppei Apartments reported someone broke off a key in their apartment door lock on Saturday and then again Sunday.

A fountain figurine was reportedly stolen from a yard in the 400 block of Wells Street.


Vehicle spray painted in the 00 block of Merry Lane.

A 24-year-old man was cited after reportedly damaging a car and a store window while doing “donuts” with his pickup in the Sun Mart parking lot.

Umatilla County

Jumper cables reportedly stolen from a truck-bed toolbox on LeFore Road near Milton-Freewater.

Fist fight repoerted on Highway 332 near Milton-Freewater.

A Milton-Freewater Cemetery employee reported someone “has ran a car into the shed and tried to get into his office.” Gasoline reportedly stolen from the damaged shed.


WW Police

Joshua R. McIntosh, 22, 152 Boyer Ave., this morning. Charge: investigation of residential burglary and second degree theft.

Washington State Patrol

Daniel Lopez-Jimenez, 21, 923 West Poplar St., Walla Walla, Saturday. Charge: investigation of driving while intoxicated.

CP Police

Fidel J. Coronado, 34, 615 S.E. Birch Avenue, Friday. Charge: investigation of first degree assault and first degree malicious mischief.
