Walla Walla

A resident of the 200 block of Newell Street reported an assault that occured Thursday around midnight. The victim said he was on his front porch when an unknown male approached him, asked him for a cigarette and punched him in the eye.

A semi parked near Tacoma Street and Wilbur Avenue had the windows broken and stereo stolen Wednesday overnight.

A cellphone was taken from the men’s locker room of the YMCA on Thursday afternoon.

A resident of the 500 block of Northwest Sixth Avenue reported the rear window of her vehicle was broken.

College Place

A resident at the 400 block of Southeast Standford Place reported graffiti on a wall.


A resident of the 700 block of College Street reported a theft of city property when a number of bricks were taken from a city lot.

A resident of the 54100 block of Walla Walla River Road reported a laptop and boxes taken from his residence.

A resident of the 30600 block of Sturgis Street reported interupting an attempted burglary. The suspect shattered the front window and was chased away by the resident.
