Social media policy: Consider adoption of a social media policy to guide the Port’s marketing and communications.

Property acquisition: Consider the acquisition of 30.83 acres adjacent to the Dodd Road Business Park. The purchase would cost $5,000 per acre, or $154,150. The Port has been working with property owner Gregory Stearns, who has declined granting the Port an easement for a water line to help serve the Port’s Dodd/Wallula Gap water system. Stearns has instead offered to sell the property. Port staff say the proposed purchase price is less than the estimated $400,000 it would cost the agency to find an alternative route for the waterline.

Water system: Review the connection charge and capital facility fee proposals for the Dodd Road and Wallula Gap Business Park water system.

Contract award: Consider awarding a contract for the Grain Terminal Road repairs in Burbank.

Master project list: Conduct a mid-year review of the Port’s projects.

Building improvements: Consider building improvements at Tamarack Cellars, 700 C St.

Correspondence & reports: Review leases entered into by administrative staff, calendar of events and miscellaneous project updates.

Barbecue: Port commissioners will attend a Walla Walla Regional Airport barbecue, 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Blue Ridge Aircraft, 199 W. Fairchild Ave.
