WALLA WALLA — Gesa Power House Theatre, 111 N. Sixth Ave., will kick off its new quarterly Power House Comedy series with “Just for Laughs,” which will feature “America’s Got Talent” finalist John Pizzi and Billy Garan of “America’s Funniest People.”

The show will open on July 12 with two evening performances at 7:30 and 10. It continues on July 13 with performances at 7:30 and 10 p.m. and concludes on July 14 with a 3 p.m. matinee. The 7:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. performances are for all ages, while the 10 p.m. performances will have edgier content and are recommended for adults only. Tickets are $25-$35.

Pizzi is an energetic stand-up comedian and ventriloquist best known for his appearances on “America’s Got Talent” seasons 6 and 7, when his virtual ventriloquist act got him all the way to the Vegas Round.

Garan’s rapid-fire delivery and exuberance have defined him as a valuable opening act for Robert Klein, Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld.

His career as an actor has covered a wide range of appearances from ABC’s “Phenom” and “America’s Funniest People” to NBC’s “Saved by the Bell” and “California Dreams.”

Tickets can be purchased online at phtww.com or by calling the box office at 509-529-6500.
