Early American military, praise songs on tap Saturday

POMEROY — Early American military and praise songs along with well-known hymns and gospel songs will be sung at 7 p.m. Saturday during the Pataha Valley Praise Gathering at Pataha Flour Mills, 50 Hutchens Hill Road.

Ted and Annie Cook, country gospel singers from Lewiston, will emcee the program that will begin with the national anthem and conclude with the singing of “God Bless America.”

Juyne Bowles of Pomeroy will play the Mill’s Wurlitzer organ.

Dinner will precede the program from 5-7 p.m. by donation.
