Forgeron Cellars is changing the clock at its Walla Walla tasting room.
Starting Monday the tasting room at 33 W. Birch St. will be open Thursday through Monday, according to an announcement from winemaker and managing partner Marie-Eve Gilla.
The changeover is designed to increase efficiency and streamline operations between the Woodinville and Walla Walla tasting rooms, she said.
The Walla Walla site will operate 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m., while Woodinville’s tasting room will operate noon to 6 p.m. those days. Although the tasting room will be closed here to the general public Tuesdays and Wednesdays, operators will be in-house for administrative duties and can be available by phone, email and appointment.
