WALLA WALLA — Rose Street improvement will be discussed at an city open house this week.
The meeting will cover a number of topics including new lane configurations, safety improvements, access to properties and other impacts during construction.
Funded primarily through a voter-approved sales-tax increase and authorized by the Walla Walla Transportation Benefit District, the project will repair Rose Street between 13th Avenue and Myra Road.
The open house is Thursday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Chuck Fulton Community Room of the Walla Walla Police Department, 54 E. Moore St.
