Adam A. Trujillo, 44, Hermiston, was charged March 4 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and making false or misleading statements to a public servant. Trujillo is accused of possessing methamphetamine and knowingly making a false or misleading material statement to a public servant on March 1.
Troy M. Hays, 18, address not confirmed, was charged March 4 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count each of driving under the influence and driving without a license. Hays is accused of possessing methamphetamine and less than 40 grams of marijuana, driving a vehicle while under the influence, and unlawfully operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license on his person on March 2.
