Karma C. Atencio Stokes, 41, 1626 Portland Ave., was charged March 13 with second-degree organized retail theft. Atencio Stokes is accused of wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property in a series of thefts from establishments between Nov. 1 and 29.
