WALLA WALLA — Whitman College forward Ben Eisenhardt has been named to the D3 Hoops.com All-West Region First Team, making him the second straight Missionary to receive the honor.
David Michaels was selected to the All-Region team last year after his senior season.
It is the second postseason honor for Eisenhardt, a junior, who was chosen the Northwest Conference Player of the Year after averaging 16.4 points per game on 54.9 percent shooting and grabbing six boards per contest.
Eisenhardt was a major component of the Missionaries’ 19-8 season that saw them finish second in the NWC and host a first-round conference tournament game — a 90-78 victory over George Fox.
