The reviews are in for Cameo Heights.
The Touchet-based bed-and-breakfast made TripAdvisor’s Top 25 list of B&Bs and inns in the organization’s 2013 Traveler’s Choice Awards, announced last month.
The resort, which overlooks the Walla Walla River from its location on Oasis Road, is known for its isolated location among orchards and vineyards. The mansion’s seven suites each represent a different part of the world. They all come with private baths, air-jetted tubs, handmade soaps and fireplaces. Plus the mansion has a theater room and a year-round outdoor hot tub, as well as an onsite restaurant, “The Vine.”
TripAdvisor’s listing is based on customer feedback posted on the online travel site. Cameo Heights, owned by Alan and Deanne Fielding, had 218 reviews.
The award builds on the compounding accolades for the business, which was named one of the top 10 B&Bs in the country last year by BedandBreakfast.com. The Vine also received Best Ambiance, Best Overall and Best Service in Washington’s OpenTable.com listing.
