Jordan C. Orosco, 15, 333 Grove St. No. 23, was sentenced March 8 on one count third-degree theft. The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, nine days credit, 12 months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Feb. 22 Orosco pleaded guilty to wrongfully obtaining property of another of a value not exceeding $750 with intent to deprive the owner, Rose Street Safety, of the property on Dec. 19.

Solomon Q. Urquhart, 16, Spokane, was sentenced March 8 on one count each third-degree theft; minor in possession and or consuming liquor and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included six days in the Juvenile Justice Center, six months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Feb. 12 Urquhart pleaded guilty to taking property belonging to Safeway worth less than $750 with intent to deprive the owner and unlawfully possessing alcohol while under the age of 21 on Nov. 11 and to possessing less than 30 grams of marijuana on Oct. 30.

Alleysen N. Aichele, 17, 313 N. Roosevelt St., was sentenced March 8 on one count minor in possession and or consuming liquor. The sentence included 20 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, nine months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On Feb. 21 Aichele pleaded guilty by Alford plea.

Dylan Olsen, 17, 330 S. Fourth Ave., No. 3, was sentenced March 12 on one count contempt. The sentence included 10 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, nine months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On March 12 Olsen pleaded guilty to intentionally disobeying a lawful court order requiring a student to attend school, between Dec. 5 and Jan. 1.

Rico Salgado, 15, 814 S. Poplar St., was sentenced March 12 on one count third-degree malicious mischief — domestic violence and two counts fourth-degree assault — domestic violence. The sentence included 64 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 64 days served, nine months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On March 12 Salgado pleaded guilty to assaulting a family member on Sept. 19 and Feb. 12 and to damaging a family member’s cell phone on Sept. 19.

Jordon E. Wilson, 16, 1860 E. Alder St., was sentenced March 12 on one count contempt — truancy. The sentence included 15 days in the Juvenile Justice Center, credit for 12 days served, three months community supervision, 20 hours community service, $100 to crime victims compensation fund, $110 in court costs. On March 12 Wilson pleaded guilty to intentionally disobeying a lawful court order requiring a student to attend school, between Nov. 30 and Jan. 18.
