Megan C. Lares-Storms, 22, 434 S.E. Fifth St., College Place, was charged March 14 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Lares-Storms is accused of possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on Oct. 4.
Thomas D. Simmons III, 31, 204 N. Spokane St., No. 29, was charged March 14 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Simmons is accused of possessing cocaine on July 2.
Yader I. Ramos-Trujillo, 27, 599 S. 12th Ave., was charged March 14 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of third-degree driving while license suspended or revoked. Ramos-Trujillo is accused of possessing cocaine, using drug paraphernalia, and driving a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license on Nov. 3.
