Weston City Council members are Bill Boyd, Lyn Delph, Julie Schuld and Jennifer Spurgeon. With all present Thursday, the board:

HODAKA DAYS: Approved June 28-29 for Hodaka Days Trail Rides event.

PANTRY: Approved location and plan for a food pantry to be run by the Community Action Program of East Central Oregon.

GRANT COORDINATOR: Approved Cheldon Delph as city grant coordinator.

NOISE: Approved noise variance to allow a band to play until midnight on Pioneer Days.
