Colten passed away at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla on Feb. 23, 2013, from complications of renal failure.

Colten was born March 26, 1968, in Pendleton, to Allan and Barbara Arbogast. Colten grew up in Milton-Freewater and graduated from McLoughlin High School in 1986. Colten enjoyed playing sports in school and being in the outdoors — hunting, fishing and camping were his passion. Colten enjoyed spending time with his childhood friend, Kevin Woodhall, and the Woodhall family, where both Colten and Kevin spent time outdoors pursuing their adventures. Colten worked for various food processing plants and was working at Smith Frozen Foods at the time of his death. Colten also loved to play cards, watch movies, bowling, golf, sports on TV and trivia. Colten was a member of Ingle Chapel Church.

Colten is survived by his mother, Barbara Banks of Pendleton; sisters, Amber (Joe) Bicondoa of Buckley, Wash., McKindree Breazeale of College Place; aunt, Joann (Rodney) Feigner of Pacific City, Ore.; cousins, Dee (Jerry) Haun of Walla Walla, Dennis (Connie) Eide of Milton-Freewater, Russell (Robin) Feigner, Andrea Smith, Michelle (David) Husted, Patty (Jerry) Miller; and special family friends, Dick, Carol and Kevin Woodhall of Milton-Freewater. Colten’s brother, Lewie Breazele; and father, Allan Arbogast, all preceded him in death.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. on March 30, 2013, at Ingle Chapel Church in Milton-Freewater. Contributions may be made to Ingle Chapel Church.
