On April 10 the court dismissed a charge of unlawful issuance of bank checks against Michelle Dunaway of Walla Walla as the defendant pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine on March 25 and as part of the sentence agreed to pay full restitution to the victims in this case.

On April 10 the court dismissed a charge of first-degree malicious mischief against Dennis W. Sullivan, Jr., complete address not available, per a plea agreement, that the charge will be consolidated with charges in another Walla Walla County Superior Court cause.

Penney M. Deckard, 33, address not confirmed, was charged April 26 with second-degree theft and with forgery. Deckard is accused of wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over $2,700 in cash between July 1 and 7, 2012; and falsely making, completing or altering a check on July 1, 2012.

Kendra M. Barnes, 20, no permanent address listed, was charged April 19 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Barnes is accused of possessing methamphetamine and less than 40 grams of marijuana on April 19.

Scott D. Adams, 55, 364 Catherine St., No. S-3, was charged April 23 with threats to bomb or injure property. Adams is accused of threatening to bomb or otherwise damage any building on April 20.

Bettina L. Sanderson, 28, address not confirmed, was charged April 23 with second-degree theft. Sanderson is accused of wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over miscellaneous items between Feb. 1, 2012, and Dec. 20, 2012.
