A resident of NE Fifth Street reported that a large piece of farm equipment ripped out a telephone line that runs to her house, causing damage.

Shawnessy Kay Francis Sullivan, 18, of NW Fifth Street. Charge: investigation of second degree criminal trespass.

Byron Everett Burke, 42, of N. Main Street. Charge: investigation of second degree criminal mischief.
