College Place embarks on high school transition

We are excited about the progress happening in College Place Public Schools with the building of the new elementary school, the new high school and the remodel of the middle school.

I know College Place residents will be pleased with the efforts of Superintendent Tim Payne, School Board Chairman Doug Case and the project team members who carefully guard your tax dollars for this building project.

Changes on the John Sager Middle School campus will begin this summer. A celebration is being planned to say good bye to most of the current Sager structures and to welcome the new College Place High School.

Please join us in celebrating this momentous occasion on June 3 at 5:30 p.m. in the Sager cafeteria. We plan to celebrate graduating classes starting from 1965 and to honor all past Sager staff. Feel free to bring any Sager memorabilia or pictures you would like to share.

The support of College Place residents is appreciated. We couldn’t do this without you.
