Earnest B. Cooper, longtime Walla Walla resident, passed away May 6, 2013, at his daughter’s home in Kennewick. He had been battling lung cancer and a stroke.
Mr. Cooper was born April 25, 1945, in Williston, N.D. As a child, he and his siblings moved to the Walla Walla area with his parents, Kenneth and Clara Cooper.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, fixing engines, and appliances.
He is survived by his eldest brother, Chester Cooper of Rosalyn, Wash. His daughter, Linda Larkins of Kennewick; son, Kevin Cooper of Pendleton; daughters, Deanna Oman of LaGrande, and Amber Cooper of Walla Walla; his grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
