Walla Walla

Police arrested a juvenile at Pioneer Middle School for bringing a BB gun to school Tuesday.

Two-vehicle collision on Rose Street and Seventh Avenue; two people transported to Providence St. Mary Medical Center with possible injuries.

Vehicle window smashed and purse reportedly stolen from a car in Albertson’s parking lot.

Rear-end collision at Ninth Avenue and Chestnut Street: possible whiplash reported.

Graffiti reported on residential retaining wall in the 800 block of South Palouse Street.

Walla Walla County

A 14-year-old girl reported her mother missing since late April. The teen reported her mom had left on an impromptu Las Vegas vacation on April 15, but had not been heard from since April 23.

A Donald Street man reportedly told an 8-year-old boy he would cut the boy’s hands off if the child continued to throw rocks. A neighbor who witnessed the altercation reported he had not ever seen the child throw rocks, or cause other trouble.

College Place

Welcome mats reported stolen from three residences in the 00 block of Northwest Earl Lane. The mats were reportedly returned after police detained a juvenile suspect.

Power cable reportedly stolen from an RV in the 900 block of Southeast Birch Avenue.

Burbank

A jewelry maker reported turquoise rocks, two necklaces an a purple garden stool were stolen from her home.

Milton-Freewater

Graffiti and vandalism to Freewater Park restroom reported.

Report of lawn poisoning at Morgan Inn.

Umatilla County

Vehicle fire near Weston on Highway 204; no injuries reported.

Arrests

WW Police

Casey J. Merscher, 26, 2058 1/2 Old Milton Highway, this morning. Charge: investigation of driving while intoxicated.
