Brian Bruggeman, a trust officer and financial advisor in business development at Baker Boyer Bank, has completed a three-year program in trusts with an honors distinction.
Bruggeman, who holds a bachelor’s in business administration from San Diego State University, received the training through Cannon Financial Institute. The course is intended to outfit participants with comprehensive knowledge of trusts.
The For Dummies website offers this essential definition of trusts: “a special place in which ordinary property from your estate goes in and, as the result of some type of transformation that occurs, takes on a sort of new identity and often is bestowed with super powers: immunity from estate taxes, resistance to probate, and so on.”
Among other credentials, Bruggeman holds a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers.
