WALLA WALLA — Rock ‘n’ Roll Camp is slated to be onstage for a fifth season, Walla Walla Symphony officials said.
The free day camp will be at Lincoln High School, July 29-Aug. 2, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., for kids 12-18. Lunch is provided.
The one week performance camp is designed to give campers the full experience of producing a rock ‘n roll concert, from novice to accomplished musician.
Campers will have the opportunity to be coached on their instrument of choice by local musicians, as well as learn about song selection and arranging, song writing, professionalism and stage presence, marketing and promoting a music production.
Registration is limited to 80 participants; forms are available at the Symphony office, 131/2 E. Main St., Suite 201; Hot Poop, 210 E. Main St. and Melody Muffler, 429 S. Ninth Ave.
