Erin M. Bishop, 37, address not confirmed, was charged May 20 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Bishop is accused of possessing methamphetamine on May 18.

Maria M. Young, 35, Seattle, was sentenced May 20 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. Another count was dismissed. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $123.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $3,000 methamphetamine lab cleanup fine, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 30 months in custody, credit for seven days served.  On Feb. 5 Young pleaded guilty to bringing methamphetamine to the Washington State Penitentiary with intent to deliver it to her husband, an inmate.

Alex M. Wiltermood, 26, Richland, was sentenced May 20 on one count driving under the influence. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $83.40 in sheriff fees, $250 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $940.50 DUI fine, 364 days in the county jail, 363 days suspended, credit for one day served. On May 20 Wiltermood pleaded guilty.

Annie Norris, 33, Dayton, was sentenced May 20 on one count third-degree theft. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $25 in sheriff fees, $250 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, 364 days in the county jail, 364 days suspended, 12 months probation.  On May 8 Norris pleaded guilty to obtaining public assistance in an amount not exceeding $750 which she was not entitled to or greater than that which she was entitled to by means of a willfully false statement or willful failure to reveal facts or conditions affecting eligibility or need for assistance or willfully failing to promptly notify the office of public assistance in writing of a change of circumstances affecting eligibility or need between Oct. 1, 2007 and Dec. 31, 2010.

Lester D. Smith, 49, 984 Eagle Lane, was sentenced May 20 on one count each violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act and first-degree trafficking in stolen property. The court dismissed three other counts. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $119 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 20 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 62 days served.  On May 7 Smith pleaded guilty to delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school bus stop on Dec. 7, and by plea that the court could review police reports and probablr cause statement for a factual basis for the other charge.

Michael Williams, 34, 728 N. Roosevelt St., was sentenced  May 21 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included $200 in court costs, $200.95 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, credit for 100 days served, 24 months community custody.  On April 8 Williams pleaded guilty possession of methamphetamine.
