WALLA WALLA — Starting Monday the primary entrance to Walla Walla General Hospital will reopen in a new spot with a new look. As construction at the front of the hospital as been ongoing, the only public opening has been into the emergency medicine department, noted hospital spokeswoman Kristi Spurgeon Johnson.
“Although construction is not completely finished, the work on the main entrance is complete. This means patients can, and should, use this new entrance to get into and exit the hospital, whether they are coming as a patient or visitor.”
General Hospital has also centralized the registration process so all patients register for appointments and services just inside the main lobby and the new main entrance, Spurgeon Johnson said.
