Vehicle spray-painted in the 00 block of East Chestnut Street.
A CD player was reportedly stolen from a vehicle in the 00 block of Whitman Street. The car was also vandalized.
A 14-year-old girl requested police assistance to recover personal documents from her mother’s house on Grant Drive. The teen reported she had been kicked out and needed the documents to get medical treatment.
Four 3-by-12-foot advertising banners valued at $2,800 reportedly stolen from McDonald’s on Isaacs Avenue.
Walla Walla County
A semi-automatic .22 caliber rifle and a power drill reported stolen from the 2000 block of Walts Lane on November 18.
A motorist was northbound on Plaza Way when a deer jumped into the roadway from a bluff above the street. His Toyota Highlander struck the animal, bouncing it into the path of an oncoming Toyota Prius that also struck it. No injuries were reported: the Prius was towed. Dayton

A man reported that a woman came into his store and told him that she had been drugged by four unknown women.
Birch Creek Road man reported his neighbor was stealing hay.
Purse reported stolen in the 800 block of North Fourth Avenue.
Residential burglary reported in the 200 block of Poplar Street.
Storage units in the 200 block of Northeast Fifth Avenue reportedly damaged.
A Weston woman called police to report a domestic violence assault because, she said, her significant other had already reported the fight. Dispatchers told the woman they hadn’t received a report and needed to know what had happened. The woman replied, “I’m not saying nothing,” and hung up.
Residential burglary in the 300 block of Franklin Street, Weston: home reportedly ransacked.
Derek J. Gray, 417 Ankeny St., Saturday. Charge: investigation of organized retail theft. Gray reportedly shoplifted cough medicine and candy from Safeway on Plaza Way, and was cited by a Walla Walla Police Officer. Two hours later he was arrested for shoplifting cough medicine from Harvest Foods. It was Gray’s third shoplifting arrest since Nov. 14.
Cody Patrick Ferguson, 27, 618 S. Howard St., Sunday. Charge: investigation of selling methamphetamine.
Bernard A. Stuber, 64, 856 Smith Dr., Saturday. Charge: investigation of driving while intoxicated.
