Walla Walla

A 73-year-old Boyer Avenue man reported his mother was a victim of attempted fraud.

Walla Walla County

Attempted burglary reported in the 1600 block of Stuart Street.

A Burbank couple reported their credit card was used at a Home Depot store in Florida.

A Sheriff’s Office deputy cited two separate motorists for failing to transfer vehicle titles.

College Place

Vehicle prowl reported in the 100 block of Northeast Cedar Avenue.


Deputies arrested a 13-year-old boy after a Touchet High School administrator found a bottle of tequila and a partial carton of Chinese cigarettes in the youth’s back pack. The teen said he had brought the items, which he had gleaned from his parents and grandparents, to school to give to other students. Deputies also cited a 17-year-old boy after finding a package of the foreign cigarettes in his possession.


WW Police

Rigoberto Odilon Dejesus, 28, Milton-Freewater, Tuesday. Charge: investigation of felony violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

WW County Sheriff

Robert L. Ayerst, 55, 124 Murphy St., Waitsburg. Charge: investigation of forgery and mail theft.
