INDIANAPOLIS — Ahmad Bradshaw could have season-ending neck surgery or he could let the injury heal on its own, a person with knowledge of the medical options told The Associated Press on Thursday night. The person requested anonymity because the team has not provided specific details about the injury. There is no time table for making that choice, the person said.
Bradshaw, who had offseason surgery on his right foot, signed with the Colts in June and was expected to be a key cog in the Colts’ new power-running game.
But he hasn’t practiced the last two weeks, and coach Chuck Pagano wouldn’t say Wednesday whether Bradshaw had been ruled out of Sunday’s showdown with NFC West-leading Seattle.
