First Presbyterian Church’s annual Harvest Carnival Oct. 31
WALLA WALLA — First Presbyterian Church of Walla Walla, 325 S. First Ave. will hold its annual Harvest Carnival at 4 p.m. Oct. 31.
There will be games, prizes, candy, face-painting, popcorn, puppet shows, photo bales and more.
The free event is especially enjoyed by younger children and there will be fun for the whole family, just two blocks from the downtown Halloween trick-or-treat. Admission is free.

Vegan holiday cooking class slated Nov. 4 at Village Church
COLLEGE PLACE — Village Seventh-day Adventist Church will host a Vegan Holiday Cooking Class from 6-8:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at the church, 715 S.E. 12th St.
Heather Leno will teach the class. There will be demonstrations, food samples and recipes.

WALLA WALLA — Free lunches are available from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. five days a week in various churches as follows: Monday at Pioneer United Methodist, 209 E. Birch St.; Tuesday and Thursday at St. Paul’s Episcopal, 323 Catherine St.; Wednesday at First Congregational, 73 S. Palouse St., and Friday at New Beginnings Chapel and Good Neighbor Church, 343 S. Third Ave., from 12:30-1:15 p.m. Saturday.
Ingle Chapel to host fall lunch, holiday bazaar Nov. 2
MILTON-FREEWATER — Ingle Chapel will hold its fourth annual fall lunch and holiday bazaar from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 2 at the church, 85372 Highway 339, about 1 mile south of Stateline on the old Milton Highway.
Several raffle items, baked goods, and handcrafted gift items will be featured at the bazaar.
Featuring a choice of soups, roll, pie and a beverage, lunch will be served from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The cost is $6 for adults and $4 for children 10 and under.
