Former Walla Wallans Lannette Michael and Greg Steindorf wed Aug. 10, 2013, at the groom’s family home in Walla Walla. The Rev. Tim Nearing, the bride’s uncle, officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Harriet Michael of Walla Walla and the late Leonard Michael. A Walla Walla High School graduate, she holds a bachelor of arts in education from Eastern Washington University and a master’s in elementary education/early literacy from Washington State University. She has worked as an elementary teacher for Richland School District No. 400 for the past 24 years.
The groom is the son of Dale and Carol Steindorf of Walla Walla. He graduated from Walla Walla High School and attended Washington State University for two years, then earned a bachelor of science in electronic technology from Walla Walla University. He works in supporting server infrastructure for Lockheed Martin, contracted through the Walla Walla District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Glenda Carlson was matron of honor. Alexis Stewart, the bride’s daughter, and Michelle Steindorf, the groom’s daughter, were bridesmaids.
Matthew Steindorf, the groom’s son, was best man. Michael Stewart, the bride’s son, and Lucas Krebs, the bride’s nephew, were groomsmen.
Ella Steindorf, the groom’s granddaughter, was flower girl.
The newlyweds honeymooned at the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz.
