An attempted burglary occurred at Kmart Friday overnight when someone cut through the chain link fence of the garden center.
A two-vehicle, noninjury accident occurred Friday 2:10 p.m. at the 1400 block of Plaza Way when a driver pulled out of a business parking lot and struck another vehicle. The driver failed to identify herself and hurriedly left the scene.
The statues and lift ramp in front of Melody Muffler, 429 S. Ninth Ave., were struck at 5:15 p.m. Friday by a motorist, 65, who said he lost control after having a pain in his left leg. The driver was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
Two vehicles in the same apartment complex at the 600 block of Boyer Avenue had their rear windows smashed Thursday overnight and various items taken.
An attempted break-in was reported at Sew & Vac Center, 205 N. Main St., Friday. No entry made but damage to door.
A College Street resident reported a cellphone taken from her home.
A property owner at the 500 block of N. Main Street reported another of his security cameras was stolen.
