Rifle raffle to benefit Milton-Freewater Senior Center


MILTON-FREEWATER ­— A rifle raffle is being sponsored by the Milton-Freewater Neighborhood Senior Center, 311 N. Main St. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Senior Center. Tickets are $5 each or five for $20.

The rifle being raffled is a used Remington Model 700, 7 mm Remington Mag with choice of Leupold 4X or Bushnell Variable 3-9X scope donated by The Village Gunsmith, with a scope cover and leather sling and case (or cash equivalent of $500).

The drawing will be held at 12:45 p.m. on Sept. 27 at the Senior Center. The winner must pass a background check with an FFL dealer to receive the rifle.
