Walla Walla

A cyclist was struck by a motorist at the intersection of Howard and Park Thursday 7:05 p.m. According to the report, Kenneth Nicoles, 85, of Walla Walla did not see Henry Cox-Raman, 20, of Seattle when Nicoles pulled his 2000 Hyundai into the intersection. Cox-Raman suffered minor injures.

Bike thefts were reported by residents of the 1300 block of South Fourth Avenue and the 300 block of North Seventh Avenue.

Graffiti was reported at Pioneer United Methodist Church, 209 E. Birch St.

Walla Walla County

A driver damaged a trash bin at the 1700 block of Mojonnier Road this morning.

A residential burglary was reported at the 1300 block of School Avenue. Taken were jewelry, game systems and other electronics Thursday.

A Burbank resident reported the theft of a Dewalt drill from a Birch Street residence on Tuesday.

Columbia County

A resident of the 400 block of Hogeye Road reported the theft of a television.

A resident of the 700 block of South Second Street, Dayton, reported cash taken from his residence.

Various hoses were taken from the 600 block of East Main Street, Dayton, Thursday.

Umatilla County

A pursuit ended after the suspected was located in a field off Milton Cemetery Road. The pursuit started at 4:52 p.m., when a Walla Walla County sheriff’s deputy attempted to pull over a Chevy Impala near Stateline and Braden Road. The driver continued on for the next 10 minutes along roads in the vicinity before the deputy broke off the pursuit. Later, a Umatilla County Sheriff’s deputy arrested the driver, Thomas Less Nelson, 21, who reportedly abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot. Nelson was booked into Umatilla County Jail.
