A four-vehicle, noninjury, rear-end collision occurred Monday 2:18 p.m. on W. Poplar Street at Myra Road.
A two-vehicle, noninjury, cross-traffic collision occurred at the intersection of W. Alder Street and S. Fifth Avenue Tuesday 3:49 p.m.
Graffiti was reported Tuesday at Lions Park on a culvert and sign near the 1600 block of Cambridge Drive.
Walla Walla County
An Ephrata man’s vehicle went into McNary National Wildlife Refuge slough Thursday 11:30 p.m. Christopher Smith, 30, reported he looked down from the road for a moment and when he looked up he was heading off the road that crosses over the slough three-fourths of a mile from Humorist Road. Smith said he over corrected and ended up driving off the opposite bank, rolling his vehicle, which ended top down and almost completely submerged. Smith pulled himself out and walked to a nearby house to call for aid. He had minor scrapes and bruises.
A Walla Walla High School student, 17, walking through a parking lot suffered bruises when he was hit by a vehicle driven by another student, 18. The victim continued to class but was later taken to an area hospital for evaluation.
A Wa-Hi student reported his vehicle had been vandalized on three separate occasions.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Burbank reported thefts from three of its vehicles overnight Monday. Taken were a Honda pump, chain saw and various tools.
A number of gas cans were reported stolen from the 600 block of N. Water Street in Weston.
