Emergency crews responded to a gunshot wound at the 300 block of Chase Street today 6:30 a.m., where they transported a male, 20, to Providence St. Mary Medical Center.
A resident of the 800 block of SE Birch Avenue reported his residence was forcibly entered and various items taken.
A W. Broadway resident reported someone broke into his garage. Unknown what items were taken.
At about 4 p.m. Thursday, Walla Walla County Fire District 4 crews responded to a forest fire off Mill Creek Road one mile into Oregon and approximately 3/4 miles west of the road. As of Friday morning the fire is 90 percent contained to an area of about 5 acres. Cause is unknown.
A resident of Highway 339 reported tools and gas stolen from a farm shop.
A Huber Lane resident reported the theft of a bicycle and that someone attempted to enter the house through a screen door.
An Elliot Road resident reported a burglary.
