Eatery's 12th Man tribute to benefit charities

The owners of a barbecue business who cut their vacation short to serve the masses when the Seahawks made the Super Bowl is continuing to support the team with a 12th Man tribute this week.

In celebration of Seattle’s Super Bowl victory, Timm and Teri Johnson have vowed to donate 12 percent of sales to Seahawk charities.

For this week only, those who dine at A Wing & A Prayer Barbecue + Catering, 201 E. Main St., will contribute to the cause.

The gesture continues the Johnsons’ loyalty to the Seahawks. Typically closed for the month of January, the business was re-opened early this year in order to fulfill orders for the Super Bowl. For more information on the charities supported, call 525-1566.
