The following is a possible conversation somewhere in Seattle today.

“WHAT’S THAT? SPEAK UP! I CAN’T HEAR YOU!”

“I said, Gov. Inslee has proclaimed a `moment of loudness’ today to celebrate the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl victory.”

“THERE’S TOO MUCH SHOUTING IN HERE! HEY YOU CLOWNS, QUIET DOWN! THIS GUY’S TRYING TO TELL ME SOMETHING!”

“Fans are supposed to congratulate the team and themselves by making as much noise as possible for 30 seconds at 12:12 p.m. That’s right in the middle of the team’s victory parade in downtown Seattle.”

“WHAT’S THAT? `AS MUCH NOSE AS POSSIBLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HISTORY PARADE!?’ WHADDA TALKING ABOUT?”

“Oh, never mind.”

“HEY, LOOK! IT’S MARSHAWN LYNCH! WHOO-HOO!”
