A 74-year-old man reported $3,814 in unauthorized charges on his American Express card.
The E-Cig Store was burglarized Monday. The burglars caused significant damage to the store and absconded with at least eight e-cigarettes and numerous bottles of fluid.
Walla Walla County
A North Campbell Road man reported he saw a suspicious truck near his mail box and later found the box pulled off its post.
Two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Rose Street and Wallula Avenue. Medics responded for a head injury.
Attempted residential burglary reported in the 1000 block of South Fourth Street.
Dispatch received a report of a suspicious man trespassing in the 1100 block of Hanson Loop. A sheriff’s report said the homeowner confronted a group of men on his property, then followed them until a deputy arrived. As deputies responded, dispatch received a call from the suspected trespassers stating they were being followed by a man with a gun. After deputies contacted both parties, one of the four trespassers was arrested on warrants. The other three were warned not to come on the property again, even though they claimed they just wanted to see if they could borrow a backhoe.
A March Road woman reported a man, who has been trespassed from her property, attempted to steal a trailer and take it to a salvage yard in Walla Walla.
East Umatilla Rural Fire Protection District officials reported someone shot out a light at Station 3 in Weston.
