DeSales boys fall to Pirates

BOARDMAN, Ore. — The DeSales boys basketball team could only muster seven first-half points as the Irish fell to Riverside, 48-33, on Tuesday.

The Pirates jumped out to a 27-7 lead after the first half, but DeSales fought back in the third. The Irish cut the lead to 30-18 but could not get any closer as the Pirates cruised to the victory.

Cam Richamn led the Irish with 10 points on a pair of 3-pointers. Tyler Jacobson added six points on a pair of 3’s as well.

The Irish head to Waitsburg-Prescott on Saturday.
