SEATTLE — Nominations are now being accepted for the Washington State Jefferson Awards for Public Service. The Jefferson Awards recognize essential but unsung heroes who demonstrate high ideals and achievements of community service.
Seattle CityClub will bestow the award on five Washingtonians who make a difference in their community, nation and world through their work or volunteer service. Winners will be formally recognized during National Volunteer Week, April 6-13, and will receive gifted consultation services to help them enhance their community service projects.
