Walla Walla

A vehicle theft occurred Saturday 2:30 a.m. at the 700 block of North Seventh Avenue. A car stereo was taken.

A vehicle was egged Saturday morning 2:30 a.m. at the 300 block of Malcolm.

A vehicle theft occurred Thursday overnight at the 400 block of Offner Road. Taken were a portfolio, credit cards, horse clipper and blades.

A license plate was taken from a vehicle at the 200 block of Blue Street overnight Thursday.

Walla Walla County

A fatal head-on collision occurred one mile west Dixie on Friday 1:46 p.m. Sate police reported Gertrude A. Ininns, 81, of Dana Point, Calif., was eastbound on U.S. Highway 12 when her 2004 Toyota pickup drifted to the right, overcorrected, crossed the centerline and crashed into a westbound 2007 Honda Civic driven by Kathi Bulthuis, 62, of Baker City, Ore. Balthuis was killed. Ininns was transported to Providence St. Mary Medical and is in satisfactory condition.


Pendleton Grain Growers, 217 E. Broadway, reported the theft of a fuel truck Friday overnight.
