Derek J. Gray, 20, 212 Orchard St., was charged Feb. 26 with residential burglary — domestic violence, third-degree malicious mischief — domestic violence, and two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Gray is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime, knowingly and maliciously breaking a bedroom window, possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on Feb. 24.

Grant A. Woodworth, 28, 450 W. Maple St. was sentenced Feb. 25 on one count third-degree assault — domestic violence. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 domestic violence felony assessment and biological fees, 180 days in the county jail, credit for 70 days served, 12 months community custody. On Feb. 10 Woodworth pleaded guilty to hitting his girlfriend in the face, causing a cut that required stitches, on Dec. 17.

Karma C. Atencio Stokes, 42, 217 Orchard St., was sentenced Feb. 25 on one count each trafficking in stolen property and violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The sentence included restitution of $1,922.09, $200 in court costs, $125.30 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 59 days in the county jail, credit for 58 days served, 24 months community custody. On Jan. 31 Atencio Stokes pleaded guilty to recklessly trafficking in stolen property and attempting to possess methamphetamine on Nov. 18.

Joshua R. Reed, 28, 677 Pina Road, was sentenced Feb. 25 on one count first-degree child molestation. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, $2,400 SSOSA evaluation fee, 75 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 199 days served, community custody. On Oct. 23 Reed pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual intercourse with, and was more than 24 months older than the victim who was less than age 12 and not married nor registered as domestic partner to him, between Aug. 8 and Aug. 31, 2011.

Brandon W. Fisher, 27, 919 S. Third Ave., was sentenced Feb. 25 on one count each second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included restitution of $3,421, $200 in court costs, $102.80 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 364 days in the county jail, 295 days suspended, 24 months community custody. On Jan. 27 Fisher pleaded guilty to unlawfully entering a building with intent to do crime against property and possessed a tool commonly used in burglary with intent to use it in the commission of the burglary on Dec. 19.

Isaiah McWhorter, 54, 116 W. Chestnut St., was sentenced Feb. 24 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The court dismissed one other count. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $135.50 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $100 biological fee, 12 months and a day in the custody of the Department of Corrections, credit for 33 days served, 12 months community custody. On Feb. 24 McWhorter pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine on or about May 5.
