WALLA WALLA — The Walla Walla High School Blue Devil softball program is having its annual Skills Clinic on Saturday.
The clinic is for girls in grades 1-9 and is a the Wa-Hi gyms and softball fields.
There will be two sessions this year. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. with the clinic running from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Players need to bring a sack lunch!
Players in grades 4-9 may choose to stay for the pitching and catching session that will run from 2-3:30 p.m.
The cost is $35 for the clinic and an additional $15 for players who want to attend the pitching and catching clinic.
The Blue Devil softball coaching staff and players, plus selected guest coaches, will provide instruction and run the clinic. Each camper will receive a Blue Devil softball T-shirt.
All players should wear comfortable clothes and bring their glove, batting gloves, bat, court shoes and cleats (optional). Clearly label all equipment.
Registration forms are available from the Wa-Hi Athletic Office, and players may register at the door.
