Baker Boyer Bank has announced the promotions of six employees:
Russ Colombo, vice president and senior credit administrator: Colombo joined the bank in 1978, rising through the ranks to build more than two decades of lending experience in his 36-year career.
His previous role was vice president, Main Office business banking manager.
Teresa Larson, senior vice president and strategic planning director: Larson started at Baker Boyer in 1982 and worked her way to head of the bank’s Strategic Planning Advancement team in 2011, when she was also promoted to the Executive Committee secretary position.
Pat McConn, vice president: McConn has been with Baker Boyer since 2004, when he started as a personal banking representative. He joined the Business Banking Officer team in 2007 and was later promoted to assistant vice president.
Joe Burlingame, assistant vice president: Burlingame, an employee at Baker Boyer since 2011, specializes in commercial lending with a focus on small business and agriculture for the Business Banking team in the Main Office.
Brooke Herman, human resources manager: Herman joined the bank in 2006. She moves to her new position after serving previously as branch manager at Plaza and College Place, assistant manager at the Eastgate branch, branch management trainee, business banking assistant and retail banking telephone representative.
Lacey Quiggle, property manager: Quiggle, an employee at Baker Boyer since 2003, became executive assistant in the Administration Division. She has taken on various responsibilities working for the board and serving as chief organizer on various projects.
