Two more employees have been promoted at Baker Boyer Bank, and another two have joined the team as trust officers, the Walla Walla-based bank has announced.
John Cunnison: Cunnison, now vice president and senior portfolio manager, specializes in investment management and retirement planning. A Whitman graduate who earned his master’s in Pacific international affairs from the University of California, San Diego, Cunnison previously served as a research assistant for University of California’s Institute for Global Conflict and Cooperation with a focus on Northeast Asia. He also served as a consultant for Ernst & Young’s International Trade Practice and as a research manager for a consulting firm in China.
TJ Middlesworth: Middlesworth has been promoted to vice president and senior portfolio manager. Having worked in financial services since 2004, he joined Baker Boyer as manager of the Investor Services group in 2011. A Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Planner professional, he earned a bachelor’s from Linfield College and also holds his FINRA Series 7 and 65 securities registrations.
Joe Fondahn: Fondahn joined the Wealth Management Division as a trust officer and financial advisor. He worked as a financial advisor five years in Seattle and Southeastern Washington. A native Walla Wallan, he earned his bachelor’s in accounting with a concentration in finance from Gonzaga University. He has a master’s in business administration from Washington State University.
Bryan Ponti: Ponti joined the team as trust officer and financial advisor after working as an associate attorney for two and a half years in the Walla Walla Valley. He earned his bachelor’s from Whitman and his juris doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law.
